Every Child Every Ability One Club
Grassroots football done right. From a toddler's first session to open-age football, boys and girls, every player has a home at Burscough — where the game is for everyone.
The Trophy Cabinet
Every season our young Linnets give us moments to be proud of. Here's a few — and there's always room for more.
First Kicks To The First Team
One club, one journey. From a toddler's very first session with the Little Linnets to Saturday afternoons in the NWCFL Premier Division — there's a place for every child at Burscough, boys and girls alike.
Little Linnets
Our academy sessions — first touches, first friends, first goals. Fun-first football that falls in love with the game.
Junior Linnets
Team football for every ability, across every age group. Weekly training and Sunday fixtures in a supportive, positive environment.
Youth Linnets
Competitive football with real coaching. Players grow technically, physically and as people — always with a shirt to aim for.
Under 18s
The final youth stage. Training alongside the senior setup and pushing for the step into men's football.
Under 21s
The bridge between youth and senior football — where the best young Linnets prove they're ready.
First Team
The dream realised — pulling on the first-team shirt for the club you grew up at.
Girls Section
Our fastest-growing section. Girls-only teams and sessions across the age groups, building confidence on and off the pitch.
Women's First Team
The top of the girls' pathway — representing Burscough at senior women's level.
Football For Everyone
Winning matters. But it never comes before keeping children safe, welcoming every ability, and making sure no child is ever priced or pushed out of the game.
Inclusive Football
Every child, every background, every ability. We build teams around belonging — because a club is only as strong as the community it welcomes in.
Safeguarding First
Every coach is DBS-checked and safeguarding-trained. Protecting children is the foundation everything else is built on.
In partnership with Liverpool County FAVolunteer-Powered
Our coaches give their evenings and weekends for the love of it. That spirit is what makes Burscough more than a club — it's a community.
Free SEN Football
Every Friday evening our volunteer coaches run dedicated SEN sessions — completely free. Inclusive, supportive football where every young person gets the same chance to play, belong and shine.

Providing free food & refreshments for our SEN children and families every Friday.

Kitting out every player with their own SEN team t-shirt, so everyone feels part of the squad.
The Faces Of The Future
Muddy boots, big grins and Sunday-morning heroes. This is what youth football at Burscough looks like.
Come And Be A Linnet
Whether it's a first taster session, a team to join or a coaching hand to lend — there's a place for you at Burscough. Come and be part of it.
